ASSETS & HSSECOMPLIANCE ITEM ACTIVITIES INSPECTION SCHEDULE Pump Island User should: 1. Open pump panels to check for leaks. 2. Report any leaks to the call center. 3. Dust the pump. 4. Ensure that the island does not have stains. 5. Ensure that the forecourt and island are painted. 6. Use the demarcation color code when painting. As and when Vent Pipe User should: 1. Monitor vent pipes when receiving from logistics for spills. 2. Ensurevent pipes are operational. When receiving product Dip Stick User should: 1. Dip to reconcile stock. 2. Use water finding paste to confirm the amount of water in the tank. 3. Ensure that the dipsticks are properly stored after use. Daily Electrical Lighting User should ensurethat: 1. There is enough illumination in the forecourt area or under the canopy. 2. Defective bulbs are replaced. 3. Report all loose cables tocall center. As and when BundWall User should ensure that: 1. Bunded area is free of water or contaminated water. 2. The bunded area is free of cracks. 3. The cable trays are in tad. 4. The valve that leads to the oil separator is always closed. 5.
