OBLIGATION MASANA CUSTOMER HOWWE MANAGE THE OBLIGATION Ensure customers have Flammable Certificates Advise Fire Department of any site developments - e.g. ARP Baseline Assessments - decomissioning/exiting sites/aged tanks/where spills have occured Environmental incident prevention and management Customer training on environmental issues Environmental crisis and emergency response. Site HSSE assessment - including environmental issues - pre/during & post delievery as per the contract. Comply with bylaws. EIA where necessary - before installation takes place. Equipment maintenance. Removal of redundant tanks when exiting/decomissioning the site. Application to slurry fill tank, ONLY where necessary and only if structural integrity issues prevent normal removal. Spill cleanup and authority communication with chain of custody documentation provided as proof of end recipient of clean up materials and products. Notication to DEA/DWA where there is environmental incidents notifiable as per the legislation. Sales Team requests these from customers and are kept on file. Assets engages FD prior to any work being conducted. BA’s conducted. Training/offloading procedures/equipment maintenance. Customer training. Notification of the relevant departments. Attend to environmental emergencies - spill/leak/etc. Site inspections by Sales Team and HSSE Trainer. Compliance with bylaws. Cleanup where necessary. Maintain equipment.
