Besides being Masana’s strategic partner, bpSA is one of the largest oil companies in the country; and our access to their national infrastructure enables us to offer a safer, more efficient distribution and delivery service to customers. MASANA Masana Employee Share Trust: The Employee Share Trust owns 14.5% of Masana. All employees who join Masana on permanent contracts become bene ciaries of the Trust and will receive share units. This level of employee shareholding means Masana is a B-BBEE company in the true sense of the term; by affording our employees an opportunity to participate in the growth of the company, through our Shares scheme.
